Access to the farm is through a gravel road of 15 kilometers. The road does have patches where going slow is advised. Any special conditions like rain that influences the driving experience, we will inform you about.

This is a self catering unit with a full kitchen. Your own food or any specialty utensils. We have a boma and braai facilities. Please note: The nearest town with shops and other amenities is Harrismith, approximately 37 kilometers from the farm. There is a private hospital as well as GPs and pharmacies in the town.

In 24 years we have had no complaints about any theft or safety related issues. For general issues in terms of farming there is a security company that takes responsibility for monitoring the roads in the area.

We can't help you here ... the nearest Woolies Food is in Bethlehem, some 120 kilometers away. However, in Harrismith you have your pick of a Spar, Pick n Pay, Shoprite and several Quickshops.
